Cancellation

Simple rules so held dates stay fair for everyone.

• Cancel at least 48 hours before start: full refund of a prepaid stay (meet & greet fees already completed are non-refundable).
• Inside 48 hours: up to half of the stay fee may be kept for the held dates.
• No-show: stay fee is non-refundable.
