Cancellation

Simple rules so held dates stay fair for everyone.

• If we cancel: full refund of any prepaid boarding or daycare booking.
• Cancel at least 48 hours before drop-off: full refund of a prepaid booking. Meet 'n greets are optional and always complimentary (no fee to refund).
• Inside 48 hours: 50% of the booking fee is refunded (we keep 50% for the held dates).
• No-show: booking fee is non-refundable.
• Requests are free. After we accept a paid booking, payment confirms your pet's place (due date on your dashboard).
